Angel investor software
“Angel investor software” is a messy search term. Buyers mean four different products. Mixing them up is how people buy a CRM and still lose their EIS3.
The four jobs
- Deal networks and syndicates — finding and closing (AngelList and similar). Investech does not do this.
- Investor CRM — relationships and pipeline email (Affinity and similar). Investech is not a CRM.
- Company or fund admin — cap tables, SPVs, fund ops (Carta, Ledgy, SPV tools). Investech is not that stack.
- Portfolio management after you invest — holdings, documents, SEIS/EIS, marks, actions. That is Investech.
