These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Investech ("the Service"), operated by Investech. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Investech provides portfolio tracking, investment analytics, document storage, and related tools for private investors. Features may change over time as the product evolves.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis unless cancelled. Prices, taxes, and billing intervals are shown before payment. Free plans may have usage limits. Refunds are handled according to the plan terms shown at checkout.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, or use Investech in a way that harms other users or the platform. Investment data you enter remains your responsibility.
5. No investment advice
Investech is a record-keeping and analytics tool only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
6. Data and privacy
Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Investech is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
